Thank you for choosing passnursing.com for your nursing exam prep. Because we sell digital products with instant delivery, our refund policy is a little different from traditional stores. Please read through it before completing your purchase so there are no surprises.

📥 Digital Delivery Only

All products sold on TestBankStore.com are delivered electronically. After your purchase is complete, you will receive your download link via email within minutes. No physical items will be shipped.

🔒 All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital files that are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been delivered to your email. This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed.

✅ When We May Issue a Refund

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. While all sales are final, we understand that issues can happen. We may offer a full refund or replacement if any of the following apply:

✔️ The file you received is damaged, corrupted, or cannot be opened.
✔️ The product delivered does not match what was described on the product page.
✔️ You received the wrong test bank or edition.
✔️ You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for reasons such as purchasing the wrong product by mistake, no longer needing the material, or not being satisfied with the content of the test bank.

📩 How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the conditions listed above, please contact our support team within 3 days of your purchase date. You can reach us at support@passnursing.com and please include the following in your message:

1. Your order number or confirmation email
2. The name of the product you purchased
3. A screenshot or description of the issue you are experiencing

Our team reviews every request individually and will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
